The firm is led by David Snedden and Mac Chapman. David is the third generation of Sneddens to operate the firm and has a wealth of knowledge accumulated through over 40 years of transactions and generations of clients. Mac on the other hand has built his client base with his approachable style and ability to harness technology to make the delivery of legal services streamlined and cost efficient. He has also had substantial success in delivering a fixed price model on standard conveyancing models that assists his clients with understanding the total cost of getting in or out of a home.
In addition to the property side of things, the firm operates a substantial general practice that can provide wrap around advice to clients on matters that often get raised during property transactions like estate planning, asset protection and relationship property.
